BTEC Level 2 Intermediate Award in Conflict Management:
Aim:
- To develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours to effectively manage conflict in the workplace
To successfully achieve the award delegates will be required to: Introduction to workplace violence
- Dynamic risk assessment
- Self awareness
- Proactive service delivery
- Communication skills
- Signalling non aggression
- Defusing and calming
- High risk conflict
- Post incident support
- Optional: BTEC Level 2 Intermediate Award in Conflict Management, or CIA Conflict Management / Resolution Certificate
- 1 day.
- Door Supervisors, Security Operatives, Courtroom Security Staff, Care Staff, Education & Teaching Staff, Retail Staff, anyone who is expected to physically intervene.
- £600 per day (max 18 delegates) Optional Extra BTEC certification and accreditation at £57.50 per delegate
- (for open/public courses) Only £100 +£57.50 BTEC certification and accreditation.
- Pre-Registration requirements Candidates who register for the BTEC Level 2 Intermediate Award in Conflict Management: The personal ability to undertake classroom training.
